Refund policy

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be returned in the same condition as received, with original packaging and all included accessories.

  • It must not show signs of use, wear, or tampering.

  • Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

🛠️ Defective or Damaged Products

  • If the received product is defective or damaged, the customer must provide photo or video evidence within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once the defect is verified, we will provide a free replacement or, alternatively, a full refund.

  • Shipping costs for replacements due to defective products will be fully covered by us.

⚠️ Return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products, are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return package is delivered successfully.

💳 Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Shopify Payments).

  • Partial refunds will not be provided for missing, used, or damaged products not attributable to the seller.
